Terms of use

Use this free beta to prepare files or inspect an eligible original. It is an independent tool, not a government service, photographer or application agent.

Only use photos you are entitled to process. Do not upload identity-document scans into the editor or impersonate another applicant. Follow the actual receiving institution’s rules and use the required photographer or print process where specified.

Our technical checks cover selected file fields and user-marked geometry. They cannot establish capture date, identity, every visual condition or final acceptance. On-device face detection is a positioning aid. We do not claim a success rate or an official acceptance guarantee.

The on-site AI headshot request service is currently unavailable. Choosing photos or editing requirements does not submit a request, send photos, or create a result. When intake is open, the request, status, and result flow will be available on this site. AI-generated or edited outputs must not be used for official documents where the receiving authority prohibits them.

The beta currently has no purchases or paid expert review. AI headshot request intake is unavailable, so photos cannot be submitted and no generated result is available through this site.

Free hosting and browser capabilities have limits. Save the files you need and keep your original. Rules can change; consult the linked official guidance before submitting. These terms do not waive statutory consumer rights.

Independent tool. Official requirements and final acceptance are controlled by the receiving authority.
