Privacy and photo handling
This notice explains how the photo tools use your photos and preferences. Free photo editing uses your photos on your device without uploading them.
Photo files and preferences
Selected photos are used temporarily in the editor on your device. Browser editing does not upload your photo files. Your language preference can be remembered, but your photos are not saved as a preference.
Automatic framing and portrait background editing process the selected photo on your device. The photo is not sent to a photo-processing service. Review the framing and edges before saving.
Your browser remembers your language preference. Downloaded photos and original metadata may remain on your device; remove files and clear browser site data yourself when needed.
AI profile-photo requests
The AI Headshot Studio can preview selected photos and help you prepare request details in your browser. Online photo-request intake is currently unavailable. While it is closed, this studio does not send or store the selected photos or request text, and no request status or generated result is available here.
When on-site intake is available, the request flow will show its upload consent and submission steps before a photo is sent. Request status and any completed result will be handled through this site.
Hosting and optional support messages
The hosting provider receives standard connection information such as an IP address, request path and browser headers to serve the website and protect it. These requests do not include photo bytes. No external analytics or session replay is enabled.
The contact page shows the available support options. Message submission is not available yet. Do not include portraits, passport scans, payment details or authentication codes in support messages.
Advertising and consent
There are currently no advertisements. Your photos, file names and contact details are not used for advertising.
