Choose JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF
Choose the file type that fits your destination.
JPG is a widely supported photo file. The Korean passport preset exports 413 × 531 pixels within a limit below 500 KB.
PNG is lossless. Custom crops can keep a transparent source in PNG or WebP. Passport and ID preparation needs an appropriate photographed background.
WebP can make compact files, but a receiving site must support that format. If a browser cannot encode it, the tool reports that limitation rather than saving a mislabeled file.
PDF places a photo at a physical size for printing. Use actual size or 100%. JPG/JPEG is still the specified format for a Korean passport file upload.
